Palliative Care Program

Wellesley Central Place is launching a palliative care program in  the Spring  of 2010.  This End of Life program is being launched at the request of our residents and families.  All disciplines ranging from physicians, nursing, personal support workers, dietary and environmental will work together to offer a caring, appropriate palliative care program for any resident who requires it.  If you have any questions, please call Louise Moran, Director of Resident Care at 416-929-9385 x 254 or email louise@rekaicentre.com.  Our goal is to be here for our families and meet their every need.
