Senior Management
The Senior Management Team is comprised of four individuals:
Mary Hoare, CEO

Mary has been with The Rekai Centres for 23 years. A nurse by profession, Mary began her work at The Rekai Centre at Sherbourne Place as nurse, then was promoted to the position of Director of Nursing, and then became the Administrator. When the decision was made to open a new long term care home, Mary Hoare became the new CEO of both homes. Mary oversaw the opening of the Rekai Centre at Wellesley Central Place and is now focused on operationalizing the new Strategic Direction for the corporation including the development of a Resident Centred program.
Sue Graham-Nutter, Executive Director, Corporate Affairs and Communications

Sue has worked at The Rekai Centres since 2008. Sue holds an Hons BA in Public Administration gained from the University of Toronto as well as a fundraising diploma from Humber College. In 2009, Sue was awarded the Long Term Care Administrators certificate. Sue oversaw the first successful corporate accreditation process and is now concentrating on the rebuilding of The Rekai Centre at Sherbourne Place and the accompanying business development/philanthropic and marketing/communications plans.
Kevin Hyatt, Executive Director of The Rekai Centre at Wellesley Central Place

Kevin came to The Rekai Centre at Wellesley Central Place in 2009 with over 20 years experience in long term care. He holds a BA from the University of Toronto and has completed the OANHHS Administrator Certification course. Kevin is focused on strengthening the quality management and risk program in addition to his responsibilities for the home.
David Marriott, Executive Director of The Rekai Centre at Sherbourne Place

Dave came to the Rekai Centre in 2009 with over 15 years experience in long term care. Dave holds a Long Term Care Administrator Certificate and has just completed the coursework for a certificate in Human Resource Management which will lead to being awarded the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation. Dave is concentrating on the development of an overall human resource plan for the corporation including issues such as recruitment and retention.
